English Standard Version

2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. (1Co 1:18; 1Co 11:2; Ga 3:4; Heb 3:6; Heb 3:14) 

New International Version

2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 Because you believed the good news, you are saved. But you must hold firmly to the message I preached to you. If you don’t, you have believed it for nothing. 

King James Version

2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
